Mette Rasmussen is a Danish saxophonist working in the field of improvised music, drawing from a wide range of influences. She spans from free jazz to textural soundwork, exploring the natural rawness of her instrument and dives in to experimenting on what the saxophone is capable of in sound and expression, with and without preparations.  Together with Brussels based pianist Pak Yan Lau, who basically share the same interests, this duo decided to meet up and explore their sonar possibilities. With keyboard, synthesizer, electronics and objects vs the saxophone and his preparations, the music will travel in between noise, drone and chemical surprises.
