Urban and warm, influenced by Dither, Scorn, 2nd Gen, Hint, Enio Moricone and all suicide lullabies, since 1997, SONIC AREA mixes electro hybrid experimental, cinematic orchestral atmospheres, dirty hip-hop, tribal industrial techno-punk, brutal wall of sounds, hard-glitch breaks and lush ambient soundscapes. Disturbing, unexpectable and darkly intoxicated.

Hervé et Arnaud ont créé HINT en 1993 à Angers et ont fait leur premier
concert en avril 1994, il y a 30 ans… Hint de s’est jamais éteint, le groupe
alternant des périodes de concerts et des périodes de sommeil, au gré
des envies…

À l’occasion de cet « anniversaire », Hint reprend la route, comme à chaque fois, juste pour le plaisir de se retrouver ensemble sur scène pour rejouer sa musique en dehors des modes et des codes, et de retrouver la ferveur du public, fidèle depuis 3 décennies.

As a matter of fact, PHC's intense compositions are the result of a long maturation process (the group finds it funny to call it a putrefaction process).

Let's we forget, the fraternal duo has been involved in Magasin 4 for a long time. As one of the last fortresses of alternative music in Brussels, it is fair to say they had a lot on their plate; one might even wonder when these DIY aficionados —who record, mix and create their artwork by themselves—have found the time to share the stage with bands such as Godflesh, Zu, Pound, OvO, Hint, La Muerte, Mr Marcaille, Zeni Geva, Punish Yourself, Le Singe Blanc and many more....
