As a matter of fact, PHC's intense compositions are the result of a long maturation process (the group finds it funny to call it a putrefaction process).
Let's we forget, the fraternal duo has been involved in Magasin 4 for a long time. As one of the last fortresses of alternative music in Brussels, it is fair to say they had a lot on their plate; one might even wonder when these DIY aficionados —who record, mix and create their artwork by themselves—have found the time to share the stage with bands such as Godflesh, Zu, Pound, OvO, Hint, La Muerte, Mr Marcaille, Zeni Geva, Punish Yourself, Le Singe Blanc and many more....

A Brussels collective connected to the alternative sector, VOLT SELECTOR has been shifting genres since 2007: eclectic electro, raggadub, hiphop and some sparks of rock and funk. All the while raising the 'high-tension gauge .! This disjointed combo has to its credit some remarkable suppotring-act experience : Groundation, Zenzilé, Sizzla Kalonij, Alpha & Omega ... Concerts in Dour, Couleur Café, La Semo etc ...Four albums: "Positive Dub Action" (2010) "Brighter News" (2014) "RE:VOLT " ( 2020 ) "Mothership" (2020). At the controls of this subsonic vessel are the chief Explosions Officer, Philippe Boulon (Studio Pagol) and the fierce rhythm section composed of Christian Genet (Bass) (Univers Zéro) and Thierry Carcan (Drums). In this electric field, and at the mercy of the current, many famous free electrons - old acquaintances as well as new connections: the faithful electric shock treatment of DYnamic and the positive-ionic-groove of Bruce Ellison (PPZ30).
