EKTOMORF Trash Metal / Hardcore
Ektomorf
EKTOMORF are back!!!!

Only a year after their very successful (soon to be classic) album "Instinct" and their sensational Live DVD "Live And Raw", the band from Hungary already recorded their next attack, named "Outcast".

If you thought that you knew how "Outcast" sounds, be prepared for the unexpected, this truly is new and fresh. EKTOMORF might have found their sound with "Destroy" in 2004, but "Outcast" is like that little push over the edge. The band have Improved their song writing, added more dynamics, better ideas and a mighty mighty production from “Mr. Danish Dynamite” himself: Tue Madsen. "Outcast" could easily be his best work up to date. The guitars are roaring, the drums are pounding and on top of that, the infernal screams and shouts of singer/guitar player Zoltan Farkas.

Not only has Zoltan improved his vocals but the whole band have worked very hard to become better musicians. You can really hear the difference: More leads, solos, breaks, fills – more everything. "Ambush In the Night" for example is a folk-influenced Thrash neck breaker that will blow your mind! Same goes for "Who Can I Trust? (Prayer)", a semi-acoustic masterpiece which is definite goose bump material. Other songs like the title track "Outcast" or "I Confront My Enemy" are destined to cause serious trouble in every moshpit on upcoming tours.

Another surprise is the cover version of the PRODIGY classic "Fuel My Fire". EKTOMORF made a great metal song out of it, without any electronics, but with many roaring guitars. Impressive. Be careful! The "Outcast" is coming!
KAYSER (SE) Alternative
Kayser
Kayser saw the first ray of light in early June 2004 when Spice (ex Spiritual Beggars), Mattias "Swaney" Svensson (also The Defaced), Bob Ruben (ex The Mushroom River Band) and Fredrik Finnander decided to join forces. No boundaries and no limits and that goes for everything, the members stated initially to set the aim straight. As for the sound, its best described as a mutation of Black Sabbath/Megadeth/Slayer with dips from different good bowls of classic and modern metal. Originating from the pens of Spice and Svensson, Kayser enforces the pillars of metal with absolute authority. Focus always lies on the song, easily identifiable through the supreme vocals by Spice, though the emotional and musical expressions stretch from heavy introvert pounding to pure hate driven ferocity. Kaysers debutalbum titled "Kaiserhof" was recorded at Caesar Studios in Helsingborg with producer Richard Larsson. It was released on Scarlet Records June 2005. It´s a brutal album with great tunes such as: "1919", "Good citizen", "Noble is your blood" and "Seven days to sink". In the fall of 2005 Fredrik Finnander left Kayser and Helsingborg guitarist Jokke Pettersson joined in. Jokke really loved the music and found his place right away. In February 2006 Kayser went in the studio to record their upcoming album "Frame the world...Hang it on the wall" again with Richard Larsson in his Caesar Studios. The result was great! To give a hint of what it all sounds like the material is best described as displaying a bit more diverse and dynamic side of Kayser. If you're a fan of riff laden, melodic kick ass metal packed with some really awesome vocals and cool solos this is something for you. Ranging from total hammers to atmospheric moods, the songs have it all. Fear not, it's all Kayser. In August 2006 Helsingborg bassplayer Ewil Sandin joined Kayser. Ewil is a great bass-kicker and fits Kayser perfect!
In '93, the guitar player Didier Vancopenole (former singer of the hardcore band Brain Cancer and guitar player in the thrash band Necrosis) meets the drummer Bart Brion (drummer of Decadence) and they both decide to work together. They are rapidly joined by Alain Fabry on the bass-guitar (former bass-guitarist of Necrosis) and, later on, by Kalle Vanlint (former soloist guitar player of Cyclone and Decadence) and finally by Serge Van Bossele as singer.

After having written a complete set of songs, the band started playing its own compositions on stage in a style more hardcore, with a little thrash sound behind.

In 95 Bart leaves the band and is replaced by Pascal Haneuse. Later on, Serge also leaves to move to a more hardcore style. He will be replaced by Didier Meeus (former singer of the 70's influenced band Graal).

In '96, the band refines its compositions and records a "homemade" demo (Alone) on a 4-track recorder before performing its first concert.

The style evolves slowly toward a more thrash-oriented one and, at the end of '98, Trouble Agency records a second demo with 3 titles: Angry.

Shortly after the release of this demo, the band goes through a difficult period with a break-in on its premises and the drummer who decides to leave to dedicate all his energy and time to another music project he had on the go together with Trouble Agency.

At the end of 99, Jamal Obeidat alias Aladin, joins us. Aladin played as a drummer in several bands of varying styles (moving from Blues to metal playing jazz in passing) in Jordan and Germany. His style, more flexible and with more feeling than Pascals more technical and straightforward style, appeals to the band members. Six months later, the band is on the road again playing at concerts.

Trouble Agency records a new demo in 2002 in good working conditions. Bite Into Life (4 titles) is produced by Xavier Carrion (Ex-Channel Zero) in his home studio. This demo comes out in April, a few days before the first big stage of the band which assumes the first part of Immortal in La Loco in Paris.

February 2003. Kalle Vanlint decides first to make a break but announces in March that he leaves the band. The 4 remaining members will cope well with the next two concerts before they are joined by Larry (ex Brain Cancer, Decadence and Spanish Fly) in June. After 3 weeks of rehearsal, Larry appears already on stage, but the new line-up only gave its first real concert in December 2004 as an opening act for the band Peter Pan Speedrock.

As every other member of the band, Larry has brought his personal touch to the music of Trouble Agency. His concern for accuracy in arrangements and his novel ideas have greatly contributed to strengthening and developing a more personal style for Trouble Agency, mixing power and melody.

As the years have gone by, Trouble Agency has gained a certain maturity and experience of the stage. This has allowed the band to play the opening acts of bands such as Immortal, Hypocrisy, Macabre, Peter Pan, Destruction, etc.

In April 2005, the band performed its latest gig in the Metal Blast Festival at the Botanique in Brussels. The bands new album Moneycracy came out in 2006.
