Born in Taiwan R.O.C. to rocket scientist father and kindergarten teacher mother, David Wang (a.k.a. Mochipet) did not get his start in music until the age of 15, when the urge of metal guitar overtook him in Livermore California. Passionné de musique et d’électronique depuis toujours, A.L.F fait ses début très tôt en détruisant la collection de vinyles familiale et en démontant le moindre objet pouvant produire un son (de la radio à la petite boite qui fait "meuh" quand on la retourne). <br><br> Vers 12 ans, au début des études secondaires (1992), il fait la connaissance d’autres jeunes qui ont la curieuse passion de mélanger les disques en ajustant leurs tempos. Une vocation est née et il ne reste plus qu’à apprendre. <br><br> Vers 16 ans il fait la merveilleuse acquisition de ses platines "Technics" qui sont les premières machines d’une longue série et commence à faire des sets (techno/acid/indus) en public dans sa région et en particulier au "Lemon club". <br><br> En 1999, il se lance dans la composition et intègre l’asbl "Shadow out post " qui compte comme membres ; Eveline, Bioxyd, postlogiq et shore. Ensemble, ils organiseront une série de soirées ou ils proposent une musique nouvelle et alternative (indus/expimental/drill n bass/breakcore/electronika/Â…Â….) avec différentes têtes d’affiches tel que : D’arcangelo, Silk saw, Seal Phuric, Somatic Responses, Lucke Vibert, Rawakari, Otto von schirrach,Â… pour ne citer qu’eux. <br><br> Ils éditeront également un petit fanzine du nom de "SHOUT". Et ce jusqu’en 2003, où ils suivront chacun leur propre chemin. <br><br> Parallèlement, en 2002, il rejoint le projet " E25 Corporate " lancé bien des années plus tôt par " Deleete " (ex :lee sergik) avec ils vont préparer une série de live avec une musique beaucoup plus hard et déstructurée (hardcore/breakcore). Ils auront également l’honneur d’être remixés par "Xanopticon". <br><br> En 2004, il sort sont premier vinyle "Killing breaks " sur le label "Puzzling " en se partageant les faces avec "Bad Feng Shui" qui n’est autre qu’un des membres du groupe Kadah-vresky. <br><br> Au même moment, à la recherche de nouvelle technique de mix, il fait connaissance de "swyffer " qui est le DJ du groupe de hip hop Verviertois "Fist Fucking Crew " et qui va l’initier à l’univers tortueux du scratch et du passe-passe. <br><br> Depuis les dates et les sorties s’enchaînent et il travail pour la rubrique "deejay Gear" du magasine "Meet music" pour qui réalise des test de matériel DJ. <br><br> Pour le futur il projette d’ouvrir un studio de cutting et mastering en collaboration avec "Ocsa " de "drum@work". pied de page de largeur fixe : 750px <br><br>
