I EAT MUSIC
Flyer
Young multi-sonic music-maker de la Cité des Choux. Since 1998, I have been in many different bands where I got to grow as a songwriter. Through the years I was introduced to a lot of different musical genres: Hip Hop beats, Nirvana frenzy, Beatles pop, sweet Bossa Nova, Jamaican soundsystems, Blues guitarism, cLOUDDEAD beauty, Mike Ladd madness, Radiohead's amnesia... I now develope my songs on my own including all those sensibilities. doing my best with all the instruments and softwares i can get a grip on. Electric guitars and the MPC200XL remain my most important tools. NOW SHAKE IT!
CODE314 (BE) Hip Hop / Down Tempo / Electro
Code314
Code314 is a 29 year old electronic musician. Working on a sample-based music project since november 2004 in Brussel (Belgium).

Sounds come from electronica, abstract hip-hop, classical, movies, streets noises, tv, etc. In outline, music is actually composed with massive down-tempo beats and small repetitive melodic sentences, as well illustrated in the "wine of youth" single. Be curious about knowing what's the code314...

About the wine of youth "Klaus Schulze rencontre Vini Reilly. On ferme les yeux et on entre dans un univers bercé par la Mélancolie avec un grand MÂ…" (Musiczine)

"Totale évasion. Les bons loops, aux bons moments. Le morceau a duré 30 secondes ou 6 minutes ? Quand elle est conçue comme ça, j'adore la musique."(RUN.be)

Shargath
Shargath from Bruxelles are a death metal band unlike any other you have ever heard.

Managing to circumvent every cliché of the genre, they surprise with an artistic cover artwork and silly song titles; only band name and album title hint at the musical direction.

Neither East Coast nor Scandinavian, the Belgians have their very own progressive approach to death metal, taking advantage from a powerful production and the best and densest guitar sound in ages. Although their songs are short and compact, Shargath add a lot of elements into their compositions, making every listening session a new journey of discovery. The vocals are oscillating somewhere between death and thrash metal, the guitarist must have listened more than once to VoiVod, trying and succeeding to emulate the Franco-Canadians sound, the rhythm section undermines everything with complex patterns.

Although Shargath don’t write catchy songs, their mix of European death metal, VoiVod, Fear Factory and Devin Townsend craziness is highly original and professionally produced, making the self-released Bowel Sounds Of A Deaf Man much better than the majority of label financed genre releases. And best of all: it is free. You can download the entire album on their homepage, even in the lossless WAV format. After this you have absolutely no excuse to check out this exceptional band!(by WWW.DISAGREEMENT.NET )

BABY KRUGER (BE) Electro / Experimental
Baby Kruger

1996: Baby Kruger played in a rock-indus band from Bordeaux called Black Hole. The old Korg synthesizer and sampler became from this time her very first experimental tools. In 1997, she became a skilled dj, managing her own parties. Then, she plugged her machines and played her live act all over south west of France. Learning music in the Conservatoire de Bordeaux electroacoustic class, she obtained an electroacoustic and computer aided music licence in 2004. Founding member of MALDITA records label and activist among the electronic organization NEUROSYSTEM, Baby Kruger is looking for the perfect crossover between experimental and dance music
