Purification
Purification
1996-2005:

Roma, Italia's capital city, summer 1996: some friends, who have been active in the local hardcore scene since its start in the late eighties, decided that it was about time to make a conscious effort at trying to raise the quality and political awareness of the local scene. Inspired by bands like Raid, Vegan Reich and Earth crisis, these long time scenesters decided that the time had come to provide the Eternal City with its own 100% Vegan Straight Edge band, Purification were born.

During their 10 years career the band toured and released records all over the world(USA,Japan,Brazil,Europe)carving its name into the history of the vegan sxe movement, and inspiring the sound and the attitude of generations to follow!

2010:

After 6 years of silence the band decided that the time was right for a come back, with a brand new line-up, new songs and new tour dates to be announced shortly.

Deafening Sky
Deafening Sky is a five pieces band that wants to share its point of view about the world with as many people as possible, and touch them with their music. They want to spread their ideas and thoughts about various topics, such as politics, philosophy, mass-media manipulation, human cruelty, war, life in general, etc... Although Deafening Sky is not actively involved in politics, they think that communicating may open people’s mind in a positive way. The idea behind the band is to translate this mindset into music, which goes from intense melodies to harsh musical agressions. Deafening Sky saw the light of that world whom they speak about in 1999, by the impulsion of then 16 year old hardcore kids. After three years of existence and two demos, they began to find a sound of their own, and they had the opportunity to play everywhere in Belgium, with some great bands, such as Heaven Shall Burn, Caliban, Morda, Length of Time, Backbone, Course of Action, etc... By late 2004, and after a few line up changes, they went to the “De Studio”. From that short session (5 days, mix included) came out their first mini cd, called “Maybe the End”. It earned many good reviews in european specialized webzines. This MCD also allowed them to play some good shows along with some well known bands: 36 Crazyfists, Arkangel, Do or Die, Chimaera, Crimson Falls, Jane, The Setup, The Arrs, and many more... Now, Deafening Sky is still busy playing shows to promote “Maybe the End”. They are also writing new material. So be prepared: they are ready to rock your city with a bunch of new songs!
MORDA (BE) Hardcore
Morda

As read on the Eye Spy Records website: ..MORDA.. hails from Bruges, Belgium. Equipped with a strong and stellar ’07 line-up, the band knew it was time to step up with a 100% trustworthy follow up to their “Azerion” album. ..MORDA.. did what had to be done, hereby delivering a prominent album which will destroy the criticasters in a glimpse. “My Will Supreme” raised the ..MORDA.. standard of song writing. By all means, “My Will Supreme” delivers. The album is trademarked by aggression, by rage, by power, by fucking heavy breakdowns and by one hell of a melody section (which became the band’s trademark throughout the years). Next to headline tours all over Europe and Japan, ..MORDA.. was lined up as support act on tours with ALL OUT WAR and PRO-PAIN. With 6 European tours and a Japan tour, ..MORDA.. continuously rages on to get their “My Will Supreme” album out there. Cast aside, hold tight.. They’ll bring the pain.

NINE ELEVEN (FR) Hardcore / Old School
9/11 ... 1973 in Chile. Pinochet, aided by the C.I.A. and American companies
such as A.T.T., overthrows democratically-elected President Allende. The outcome of this coup has provoked the untimely death of 5000 victims who did not deserve the tears the western world shed 28 years later over the ones of the World Trade Center attacks. Facts are no longer what they are but take on a whole new meaning according to the interpretation of the Medias; codes and symbols that construct our modern perception of the world-as-a-spectacle (liberty and security vs. terror and chaos) shift according to what is politically at stake now and then.
And the 'NINE ELEVEN' signifier is the most conspicuous expression of this soliloquy that Power addresses to itself inside the social construct of its history.

ONE ETHIC (BE) Hardcore / Metal
One Ethic
One Ethic is basicly a 5 piece hardcore band from Brussels. They started out as a 4 man straightedgeband in the cold winter of '04 and continued that way right until 2007. During wintertime 2007 another friend from a nearby friendly band decided to join their ranks. Their luck did not last all that long as he decided to part ways in 2008. Despite of the many setbacks they faced (2 members and friends dropping their edge and quitting the band, another member parting ways..) it would seem obvious to call it quits. But as you might have guessed, they did not quit. In fact, they found 3 new members and great musicians. The band will be recording their first full-cd in 2010. stay tuned!
