Senser
This could go on for ages, so here is a quick version of events...

Since 1989 Senser have produced a unique fusion of rock, metal, hiphop and alternative electronica. They became known for their political lyrics and a huge live sound which gained headline slots at most of the major UK festivals. Senser achieved worldwide success with Stacked Up in 1995 and subsequently split up having toured half the planet. One half remained to release Asylum in 1998 and the other half started Lodestar and released an album of the same name. In 2001 the band met up for a festival date to promote a compilation of the first two albums and decided to reform. Schematic was released on One Little Indian in May 2004, it was a big success with fans and the band toured it throughout Europe and the UK. Drawing on their own personal styles, experiences and influences the work represented a broad musical development from their past releases.

Becoming disenchanted with the marketing support provided by independent record companies, the band decided to develop their own music company, Imprint Music, headed up by their manager. Encouraged by a strong network of fans, accessible through online channels and unafraid of the changing music business environment, Senser wrote and recorded their fourth studio album working with producers Neil McLellan (who has produced The Prodigy albums), Jason Wilcox (The Ghost Of A Thousand, Reuben) and New York hip hop producer Scott Harding (Wu Tang Clan, New Kingdom).

The first single taken from the album is End Of The World Show. Which is available as a free download from www.imprintmusic.co.uk

The next single from Senser's forth coming album will be "Resistance Now" which is to be released on Monday 14th September 2009 (watch the new video below.... big thanks to Jason Parkinson for his amazing additional footage from the G20 protests).

"Resistance Now" will be shortly followed by the release of the long awaited and much anticipated new album "How To Do Battle". The release date for "How To Do Battle" is October 19th 2009...

Shargath
Shargath from Bruxelles are a death metal band unlike any other you have ever heard.

Managing to circumvent every cliché of the genre, they surprise with an artistic cover artwork and silly song titles; only band name and album title hint at the musical direction.

Neither East Coast nor Scandinavian, the Belgians have their very own progressive approach to death metal, taking advantage from a powerful production and the best and densest guitar sound in ages. Although their songs are short and compact, Shargath add a lot of elements into their compositions, making every listening session a new journey of discovery. The vocals are oscillating somewhere between death and thrash metal, the guitarist must have listened more than once to VoiVod, trying and succeeding to emulate the Franco-Canadians sound, the rhythm section undermines everything with complex patterns.

Although Shargath don’t write catchy songs, their mix of European death metal, VoiVod, Fear Factory and Devin Townsend craziness is highly original and professionally produced, making the self-released Bowel Sounds Of A Deaf Man much better than the majority of label financed genre releases. And best of all: it is free. You can download the entire album on their homepage, even in the lossless WAV format. After this you have absolutely no excuse to check out this exceptional band!(by WWW.DISAGREEMENT.NET )
