MORDA (BE) Hardcore
Morda

As read on the Eye Spy Records website: ..MORDA.. hails from Bruges, Belgium. Equipped with a strong and stellar ’07 line-up, the band knew it was time to step up with a 100% trustworthy follow up to their “Azerion” album. ..MORDA.. did what had to be done, hereby delivering a prominent album which will destroy the criticasters in a glimpse. “My Will Supreme” raised the ..MORDA.. standard of song writing. By all means, “My Will Supreme” delivers. The album is trademarked by aggression, by rage, by power, by fucking heavy breakdowns and by one hell of a melody section (which became the band’s trademark throughout the years). Next to headline tours all over Europe and Japan, ..MORDA.. was lined up as support act on tours with ALL OUT WAR and PRO-PAIN. With 6 European tours and a Japan tour, ..MORDA.. continuously rages on to get their “My Will Supreme” album out there. Cast aside, hold tight.. They’ll bring the pain.

Blood Redemption
BLOOD REDEMPTION started out in 2005. SPIRIT OF YOUTH and SOLID were dead, but some of the core members still felt the urge to keep on playing kick-ass music and spreading the message. Loaded with 15 years of hardcore dedication and a whole bag of experience through previous bands, the band soon appeared to be a steady, bullet-proof metalcore act. BLOOD REDEMPTIONs well-balanced line-up consists of the following dedicated people: Wim Jacobs on vocals (ex-LEGION, currently also in CRIMSON FALLS), Dominiek and Frederik Denolf on lead guitar and drums (ex-SPIRIT OF YOUTH, SOLID), Sim Meerseman on bass (ex-KINGPIN/TRENCHFOOT/SPIRIT OF YOUTH) and youngster Steven Bortier rhythm guitars.

With their roots in the H8000 hardcore scene, BLOOD REDEMPTION take the melodic, groovy, hard hitting metalcore the members former bands were known for, to the next level. Creating and searching for new and original music is the bands main goal. Being influenced (in the 90s by the great straight-edge/hardcore revolution with bands like YOUTH OF TODAY, JUDGE, GORILLA BISCUITS () to CRO-MAGS, PRONG, NEUROSIS (), but also being blown away by metal bands such as MACHINE HEAD, IN FLAMES, CARCASS () the end result is a great mixture of all of those influences. But also H8000 heroes such as CONGRESS, BLINDFOLD, LIAR, SHORTSIGHT with their commitment and energy, morals and ideas and obviously their great music surely played an important role in BLOOD REDEMPTIONs development. Lyrics deal with themes like societys fucked up class system, man thinking he can stand above nature and the result of that, animal rights, all political and religious incorrectness, and basically everything that goes wrong on this planet we call home. Taking it very personal and never giving up the fight or avoiding the confrontation. This being a very big part of their reason for existence in the hardcore!
A Trail Of Horror
In the late summer of 2005, A Trail Of Horror rose to its feet. Originally created by Bart & C.. (ex members of Earection, Time Out RIP), They went looking for fresh meat to complete their lineup. Levy joined the bunch to play the drums and Sebbe joined for vocals. The search for a second guitar player ended with Robin, who also had experience in other bands ( Fuzzgun, Reign Of Terror RIP). After a while we agreed on the fact to bring in Stephane ( Youth Enrage RIP) as a second vocalist to bring some new dimensions into our sound. Having rehearsed for a month or three, we lost our rehearsal place due to some bumps in the road. However, the drive in the band was strong enough to hold on, and so we decided we would hit the studio (Noisegate) where we recorded our five track demo. We released our material in a split CD along with The End Of All Reason. After having played some shows, Sebbe decided to quit the band due to some personal reasons. We’d like to thank him for the great moments and his dedication. We are influenced by a lot of bands a lot of the time, and so we try to make some unique, monsterous metalcore, with horrifying mosh riffs. In the late spring of 2006 we found a spankin’ new rehearsal place, and decided to pick up the place a bit. Our music has quite evolved since the recording of our demo. We recently hit the studio again (studio LeMith) to record our new EP, wich is available at our shows. We are always in search of some hot shows, so if you’re interested, book us right away. And last but not least, we would like to take the time to thank all of the fans, the people who book our shows, and the other bands we share the stage with. Without you we would still be playing in an empty garage. We are A Trail Of Horror.
When Blood Burns
< « When blood burns » was born in September 2006 from the fusion of two young bands from Brussels « Mushpeet (hardcore)» and « Vidism (melodic metal core)».

In the beginning, there was Nico singing, Brian and Ben playing guitar, Fabian playing bass and John at the drums. The band soon begins composing a couple of songs, giving itself a musical identity and a particular universe.

The guys are influenced by the numerous bands they like, mostly involved in the new American scene (« New wave of American heavy metal ») but also in hardcore, thrash, and death metal.

Therefore, you can hear melodic parts, mixed with « beat down » ‘s, and screams / growls definitely efficient.

After two months of hard rehearsing, « When blood burns » ‘s line-up encounters some changes in November 2006, as Nico decides to quit for personal reasons.

Then Fabian takes the mic. But that change is followed by a stand-by period, because of the intensive search for a bassist and a second singer. December 2006 is a new start for the band, with the arrival of Gaëtan (ex-Vidism ) as second singer and Arnaud (ex-singer of Dark sensation and guitarist in Bloody hands) at the bass.
